We believe that talent must always come first regardless of age, gender, cultural background, race, religious beliefs, being differently abled or disabled, sexual preference or socio-economic background. We hand select talent for different departments based on their ability to do the best job.

We have not created a separate part of this site for talent with differences, they sit shoulder to shoulder with all of our clients so that their creative abilities can shine above all else.

We acknowledge that some people are not afforded the same opportunities to grow, to be educated or to be given a chance to gain credits and experience as others… that is why we have created networks for each of our departments. Our networks represent us building people up, getting education and experience for them, providing mentorship and opportunities in hope that one day we can personally represent them as a Head of Department or Specialist.
